Is HOPE a monthly subscription?

HOPE is sold as a lifetime licence: the hotel pays once. Modules are licensed individually, and the quote depends on the modules chosen.

Can guests book a specific room on the hotel website?

Yes. The website booking engine lets guests book direct, commission-free, and choose the exact room number, not just a room type. Card payment runs through a bank payment gateway.

Does HOPE include a restaurant POS and QR menu?

Yes. Restaurant and bar POS covers table orders, quick orders and a sales counter, with KOT and BOT printing. The kitchen display is colour-coded by waiting time. Guests can scan a table QR code, order from their phone, and pay by card or charge the room.

What is the Alina AI reservation assistant?

Alina is HOPE's AI reservation assistant. It answers questions and booking enquiries 24 hours a day on the hotel website, using live rates and availability.
